Concierge Services
To ensure a genuine concierge service is extended to our superyacht captains, crew and owners, we offer a range of dedicated superyacht concierge services to assist with all aspects of your stay at Coral Sea Marina.
These concierge services include a fleet of courtesy cars, access to the crew lounge, tour and activity bookings, helicopter transfers, in-berth pump out, as well as providing a personal tour of the region on arrival on request.
Our experienced team have vast experience both on-water and throughout the Whitsunday region and are always happy to provide advice and assistance throughout your stay.

Courtesy Car Fleet
For convenience in assisting with provisioning and accessing local suppliers we have three dual-cab utility vehicles available available for use by captains, crew, owners and guests.
Multiple two hour time slots are available each day, however we are happy to accommodate if a longer period is required, please ask our friendly Guest Services team.

Dockhand Service
Our daily dockhand service and Night Duty Supervisor are available to assist with any berth requirements you may have, including guiding you to your vessel, assisting with lines, arranging fuel bookings and also providing assistance on the fuel wharf whilst refueling.

Transfer Service
As a part of our concierge service we offer guests and crew the choice of private luxury or car share transfer service to/ from Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) Airport. Fees apply.
We can also arrange private transfers to/from Port of Airlie to meet your ferry service to the islands.

Helicopter Service
To assist with a timely and seamless connection from the airport to the vessel, we are able to provide private heli-transfers to/from Whitsunday Coast Airport on the mainland, meeting all domestic and private flights connecting directly to our private helipads within Coral Sea Marina.
For guests or crew flying into Hamilton Island, we can also organize the 10-minute flight from Hamilton Island directly to Coral Sea Marina in order to meet your vessel.
In addition to airport connections we are delighted to offer a range of additional heli-flight services through the Coral Sea Flight Collection. If a game of golf at Dent Island or a private snorkeling trip out at the outer Great Barrier Reef is required, we can arrange this on your behalf.

Crewing Agent
Champion Crewing & Concierge (based at Coral Sea Marina) offer a first class experience, priding themselves in professional, personal and friendly service.
Specialising in marine recruitment, they have a large database of quality crew who can jump on board to fill any role; whether it be a Captain, Chef Stewardess, Deckhand, host or day worker. Simply let them know your requirements and they will find the most suitable candidate for the position.
They also offer a concierge service, where they will assist you from the moment you touch the dock, working to create a seamless experience for you and your crew.
The team offers shore support for all incoming vessels to the Whitsundays, whether it be crew, provisions, transfers, dinner reservations, tradesmen, entertainment, tours etc.. Please visit their website for more information.

Crew Lounge & Gym
Our crew and guest lounge, The Lookout Lounge, is located in the south marina village.
This contemporary and comfortable space will be a private lounge available for captains and crew, as well as private marina guests, to enjoy during their down time.
Facilities include a smart TV, WiFi, Pool Table, comfortable seating, and vending machines (stocking snacks and beverages). There is also an expansive balcony area where views out over the marina and Coral Sea can be enjoyed, especially at sunset.
Adjacent to The Lookout Lounge, is a private guest gym. With stunning views over the marina, the gym offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment and a range of weightlifting and functional training equipment.
The Lookout Lounge and Gym are open from 6am - 9pm.

Guest Business Centre
If you are in need of a quiet space to get some work done if required, or needing access to the internet and a laptop, then guests are welcome to use the Guest Business Centre located on the top floor of the floating Ocean Club.
Open from 9.30am - 4pm daily, there is a complimentary laptop available for personal use.

Post
If you are a paying private marina guest, we will happily accept postal deliveries on your behalf to the south marina office.
Please ensure that your name and vessel name is clearly marked on your arriving deliveries, then our Guest Services team will contact you to let you know when your delivery has arrived.

Tour/ Activity Booking Service
As part of our superyacht concierge service, our dedicated team are ready to assist with any bookings you wish to make.
If you need accommodation whilst staying with us, for yourself or family and friends, our Guest Services team can happily assist with this.
If you would like us to recommend and book you or the crew onto one of the many tours or activities we have here in the Whitsundays, we are happy to help. With over 50 commercial operators calling the Coral Sea Marina home, including 80% of all on-water tourism in the region, there is a diverse range of experiences awaiting you here in the Whitsundays.

We have a range of partnerships with local suppliers through which you can arrange for provisioning to be delivered to the marina.
For delicious fresh seafood Fishi have a range which won’t disappoint. Master Butcher Whitsundays supply premium, quality meat and dairy products and deliver directly to the marina. The Prickly Pineapple, supply a range of locally sourced fruit and vegetables at great prices and also deliver directly to the marina.

Marine Services
We have a good range of marine service providers based at the marina and conveniently located within the marina resort village.
From rigging to electrics, dive supplies and mechanical repairs. For additional hardware supplies, upholstery and shade repairs, chandlery and marine equipment, our Superyacht crew are welcome to use one of our courtesy cars to access these services within Airlie Beach and the immediate surrounds if required.
