Located in Savusavu, near Fiji’s second largest island, is Nawi Island Marina, home to 132 serviced berths and selected superyacht berths. It sits cradled between the islands of Nawi Levu and Nawi Lailai. Its horseshoe shape protects from severe wind and wave action. Facilities at Nawi include a Beach club, pool and bar, restaurants and coffee shop. Opening in April 2024 is Nawi’s full utility shipyard with a haul-out facility, dry dock and maintenance centre. This integrated development also has freehold lots for sale and an upcoming resort. Utilising the legendary skills of New Zealand’s marine craftsmen they deliver a refit service of proven quality and efficiency. They have two facilities located close together. North shipyard accommodating vessels up to 55m with a 800T capable slipway. The south shipyard has two travel lifts, a 100 ton with a 10.2m inner beam and a 560 ton travel lift with a 13.5m inner beam. Over 50 highly skilled leading marine trades people located on site, allowing for all refit tasks to be undertaken.
